Transnet Approaches Market For Lease Of Container Corridor
Transnet has issued a Request for Qualifications to identify parties interested in a 20-year Operating Lease for the operation and maintenance of the Container Corridor, a key part of South Africa's freight rail transportation network. The lease aims to provide investment for the rail network, increase reliability and efficiency, and boost South Africa's trade competitiveness.
