Benin-Niger Regional Transport Compact, For Road Not Rail
The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) signed its first regional compact, a $504 million grant with Benin and Niger to improve the trade corridor between the port of Cotonou in Benin and the capital city of Niamey, Niger.
